I really like the doctor and the staff they put my anxiety at ease and that's not easy Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor I really liked how the amazing people that worked there treated me with kindness and consideration and they were very patient with me and you don't see that so much nowadays

Trying something knew and praying it works

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jose Avila-Calles. From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on my comfort. He explained every step of the pain injection procedure in a clear and reassuring way, which immediately helped ease my nerves. The injection itself was quick, precise, and far less uncomfortable than I expected. His calm, professional manner and excellent technique truly set him apart. If you’re dealing with pain and need a physician who listens, cares, and delivers results, I highly recommend ECPC Pain Specialist and Dr. Avila-Calles.

My experience today was awesome. Everybody was very helpful. Got in on time. Spoke to the doctor. He was also the best explain everything to me so I could understand and just gonna come for getting my treatments done. Best experience ever.

I brought my 83 year old mother the suffers from Dementia who has been severe pain in her low back & left knee. We didn’t know what to expect but was referred by Raleigh Othropetics Dr. Nicole Quinlan said you can usually patients in quickly & highly recommend Dr. Keogh. Within a week we had her appointment. Dr. Brian Keogh Jr. made my mom feel comfortable, made it easy for us to understand & came up with a treatment plan to start right away. Explained other options for down the road if need be. She is looking forward to her next visit with him. The staff was also great.

I would highly recommend this practice. Dr Keogh Jr. was exceptionally personable, willing to take the time to explain my results and the procedure. He genuinely cared about offering some relief. I was very grateful to have received the help I have been needing for years. All of the staff was also extremely kind.

I came in from Palm Coast,Florida to see Dr Calles-Avila His staff is wonderful and he is the the most gentle and compassion doctor I have ever encountered. EPCP is so fortunate to have him!
